Notes:
- Each accepted technical paper, including student paper, requires at least one FULL Conference Registration.
- The registration deadline for author(s) of the accepted papers is 20 Sept. The paper will be removed if the registration is not received by the deadline.

- Admission of one person to all conference sessions

Additional Purchase for Conference:
- Hardcopy Proceeding can be purchase with a cost of S$30/- during Online Registration.
- Conferencedinner tickets (S$150/-) and USB proceedings (S$30/-) can be purchased during Online Registration or On-Site at the registration counter in conference venue.
The Tutorial registration fees includes:
- The Tutorial notes of the respective session(s) of your selection(s).
- Admission of one person to your selected session(s)
- Only Full Day (4 Sessions) fees will include the Lunch. The rest can purchase at S$20/- during Online registration or at registration counter.
Payment Details
- The conference will accept Visa, Master cardsthrough PayPal, Bank Draft (Oversea), Cheque (Local).
- Bank Remittance for the registration fees. Contact Conference Secretariat for more information.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Papers which are not presented during the conference will NOT be included in the IEEEXplore databases.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Requests for cancellations received on or before 30 September 2013 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid. From 30 September 2013 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
- Request for refunds are to be made in writing and send to the Conference Finance Chair elehch@nus.edu.sg
